Clear academic success supports our students' outstanding progression from Sixth Form to Russell Group universities and niche courses across the length and breadth of the country: our students are ambitious and adventurous.  We also support students to access advanced and graduate level apprenticeships: students have join the Graduate Apprenticeship schemes including DHL and Northamptonshire Police.  A core responsibility of any Sixth Form is to ensure that students really do know how to make wise and informed decisions about their future and we are committed to this.

However, in addition to carefully supporting students in terms of both their academic excellence and future career planning, we believe that the personal development of our students is paramount. Our students are successful because of the ethos and core values we promote:

• student-centred rigour: each student's individual potential explored, and supported, to a point beyond their own expectations.
