We recognise the value and importance of offering high quality provision beyond the formal timetable.

The Weston Favell Academy has a wide range of clubs and out-of-lesson activities. These include sporting activities and performing arts, as well as giving pupils access to homework clubs and ICT facilities.

Sports offered may include swimming, tennis, football, rugby, netball, basketball and cricket.

We also offer extended musical tuition, an Academy choir and a band/orchestra. A performance club will allow pupils to get involved in the dramatic arts.

Pupils benefit from visits to concerts, the theatre, museums and other venues. The Academy will look to develop opportunities for such activities and extend the range of residential trips available.
