This is a stressful time for everyone and pupils, parents and carers will all have their own anxieties and frustrations.
We are here to help and support you as much as we possibly can and if your query has not been answered in one or other of these pages within the COVID-19 Information Hub, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we can help.
If your children needs support for their mental health, there are a number of providers that can offer help.
It is important that we all follow the rules on social distancing and that we don't meet up with friends at this time.
It is also important to try and get outside each day if you can. You are allowed to go out with other people from your household for a short walk or to exercise whilst following the guidelines of keeping two metres apart from others.
Alternatively, follow the link to 'Healthy Body, Healthy Mind COVID-style' for numerous physical activities that both pupils and families can enjoy together.
Keeping in touch with your family and friends is also really important and there are several ways of doing this but please remember to keep yourself safe over social media and online. Popular apps for doing this at the moment are: Face Time, WhatsApp, Zoom and Houseparty.
Thank you to Heather for producing a short yoga video for WFA pupils. Heather visits the academy on a regular basis to support groups of pupils with yoga sessions.
